 What is covered by this warranty:

a. Defects in materials and workmanship in the products

b. Transferable warranty

What is not covered by this warranty:

a. External causes such as accident, abuse, or misuse

 b. Unauthorized servicing

c. Failure to perform reasonable maintenance as determined by Ares Audio, such as oxidation

d. Normal degradation in aesthetics

e. Demo unit purchased from distributor/dealer

f. Counterfeit products purchased from non-authorized dealers

g. Return shipping costs to us and back to customer

How to claim warranty:

Email aresaudiosg@gmail.com, stating your order number and issue. We will respond with return instructions.

a. Return the product to us in a well protected packaging to avoid further damage in transit

b. Include only the defective item
